Right-sided myocardial infarcts on ECG
Might not be the most correct way of doing it, but I follow these three simple rules:
- ST elevation in lead III is bigger than in lead II
- V1 lesion—which might be an ST elevation or ST depression—is larger than the same lesion on V2
- Do not give nitroglycerine, morphine, or other sedatives to patients with a right-sided MI
