- CMV negative recipient with CMV negative donor
- 7 days pre-transplant to 100 days post-transplant

- Congenital cell-mediated immune deficiency
- Severe combined immune deficiency
- Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome

- Pregnant patients (excluding delivery)
